• Please note that pursuant to Art. 116 of the Bulgarian Law on Tourism we are required to submit your personal details and the details of everyone else residing at the property with you to the Bulgarian authorities. Upon booking you will be given access to a secure online registration form, which you are required to complete. Failure to fill out the form or entering false data will result in the cancelation of your reservation and you will not be refunded. Please note that your personal data will be duly processed by Flat Manager, a licensed personal data administrator, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act and the General Regulation for the Protection of Personal Data (EU) 2016/679.
• Baby crib is available upon request at a price of 20 EUR per stay.
• Quiet hours between 2pm – 4pm and 10pm – 8am. Please, be so kind to respect the neighbors and not cause any excessive noise. Absolutely NO parties or events.
• It would be great if you respect and leave the apartment as you have found it – clean and tidy.
• Communication should go through Airbnb only unless there is an emergency. You will find the emergency number at the bottom of the self check-in instruction.
• SMOKING IN THE APARTMENT IS ABSOLUTELY FORBIDDEN! THANK YOU! 🙂

Très bel appartement très bien situé proche du centre de Sofia. Il est ainsi facile de visiter Sofia sans prendre la voiture. Le parking souterrain est un plus, mais peut-être difficile d’accès avec une grande voiture, car très étroit et avec un ascenseur.

Amazing and spacious apartment - just exactly what you need for a family with 2 kids - 2 separate bedrooms and 2 bathrooms plus a generous living room. The underground parking is a must in such a location and you feel at rest knowinv that your vehicle is parked safely. There is a bakery and a grocery store just across the street, also many local shops, pizzeria and pubs and other little convenience stores that are open until late so you have plenty of choices. Also, if you are a sushi fan like us - the best sushi place is just around the corner and we enjoyed it very much. For those who prefer to stay at home and cook for themselves - the flat is equipped with modern kitchen, big fridge freezer and a dishwasher, there is tv is each room and so much storage. A great place. We are definitely coming back on pur next trip to Bulgaria. Both the owner and the agency were very hospitable and accommodating - thanks
