Quiet apartment in a noise-sensitive building located in the very heart of Sofia. Ideal for guests seeking a tranquil residence. Kindly adhere to quiet hours for a peaceful stay and maintain a generally low-noise atmosphere. Equipped with everything a traveler may need for a comfortable stay. "Orlov most" metro station (direct line to the airport) is 5 min walk to the building. Very close to the city walking tours, landmarks, restaurants, nightlife.
The apartments layout consists of 2 bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen, living room, dining area, working area, a balcony and one bathroom.
In the living room there is:
• comfortable sofa;
• TV;
• dining area for four;
The kitchen is supplied with:
• fridge, oven and stoves;
• coffee machine, electric kettle;
• microwave;
• exit to balcony;
In both bedrooms there is:
• a comfortable bed;
• wardrobe;
The bathroom is equipped with shower, washing sink and toilet.
In the living room there is:
• comfortable sofa;
• TV;
• dining area for four;
The kitchen is supplied with:
• fridge, oven and stoves;
• coffee machine, electric kettle;

• exit to balcony;
In both bedrooms there is:

You will have access to the entire apartment.

The area is safe and pretty quiet. It has everything you need within walking distance. The apartment is 5 min nice walk to metro, buses and trolleys.
• Check-in is usually fixed at 3pm, check-out at 11:00. Please, make sure to follow those, unless otherwise agreed upon communication.
• Please note that pursuant to Art. 116 of the Bulgarian Law on Tourism we are required to submit your personal details and the details of everyone else residing at the property with you to the Bulgarian authorities. Upon booking you will be given access to a secure online registration form, which you are required to complete. Failure to fill out the form or entering false data will result in the cancelation of your reservation and you will not be refunded. Please note that your personal data will be duly processed by Flat Manager, a licensed personal data administrator, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act and the General Regulation for the Protection of Personal Data (EU) 2016/679.
• Baby crib is available upon request at a price of 20 EUR per stay.
• Quiet hours between 2pm – 4pm and 10pm – 8am. Please, be so kind to respect the neighbors and not cause any excessive noise. Absolutely NO parties or events.
• It would be great if you respect and leave the apartment as you have found it – clean and tidy.
• Communication should go through the platform only unless there is an emergency. You will find the emergency number at the bottom of the check-in instruction.
• SMOKING IN THE APARTMENT IS ABSOLUTELY FORBIDDEN! THANK YOU!

Top location, schöne Wohnung mit allem was man braucht. Einzig zu bedenken - keine Klimaanlage, was in Bulgarien im Sommer problematisch sein kann. Wir kommen wieder!

Престоят беше прекрасен! Единственото затруднение е с паркирането. Апартамента е в зона с платено паркиране и разрешен престой 2 часа, което за нас беше предизвикателство. Домакина е сучер любезен и отзивчив, а жилището е направено и обзаведено с много вкус. Удобни матраци и топли завивки. Около сградата има множество ресторанти и пекарни, както и търговски център, от където може да си набавите каквото сте забравили да вземете😀.
