The apartments layout consists of one bedroom, a livning room, dining area, kitchen and one bathroom.

In the bedroom there is:

You will have access to the entire apartment.

• Check-in is usually fixed at 3pm, check-out at 11:00. Please, make sure to follow those, unless otherwise agreed upon communication.
• Please note that pursuant to Art. 116 of the Bulgarian Law on Tourism we are required to submit your personal details and the details of everyone else residing at the property with you to the Bulgarian authorities. Upon booking you will be given access to a secure online registration form, which you are required to complete. Failure to fill out the form or entering false data will result in the cancelation of your reservation and you will not be refunded. Please note that your personal data will be duly processed by Flat Manager, a licensed personal data administrator, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act and the General Regulation for the Protection of Personal Data (EU) 2016/679.
• Baby crib is available upon request at a price of 20 EUR per stay.
• Quiet hours between 2pm – 4pm and 10pm – 8am. Please, be so kind to respect the neighbors and not cause any excessive noise. Absolutely NO parties or events.
• It would be great if you respect and leave the apartment as you have found it – clean and tidy.
• Communication should go through the platform only unless there is an emergency. You will find the emergency number at the bottom of the check-in instruction.
• SMOKING IN THE APARTMENT IS ABSOLUTELY FORBIDDEN! THANK YOU!

The host kept communicating with us to ensure we felt comfortable and at home, welcoming us on our arrival and being flexible on the departure. All questions asked were answered within minutes. The place is situated right in the centre of Sofia between a beautiful park and main pedestrian street, the famous Vitoshka Street with all high street shops, cafes and bustling social life 24/7 . At the same time the place is calm, quiet and private, very tastefully furnished and homey. Thank you very much again to the host, much appreciated stay of ours in the beautiful city of Sofia. We recomend this exceptional appartment to all visitors, business or private, you will find it easy to reach as many public transport links are just couple of minutes away from the doorstep.
