The Serdika metro station is a 5 minutes walk from the flat and the Metro is connected to the Sofia Airport; Vasil Levski Stadium metro station and National Palace of Culture station are both less than 1 km away. Parking on Han Krum Street is free between 7:30pm – 8:30am. In the day it’s possible for a maximum of 2 hours – 1 Euro/hour; – Parking 11€ euro per day (24 hours); Taxis in Sofia are really cheap.
The most popular tourist attractions in Sofia like Alexander Nevski Cathedral, National Palace of Culture and famous boulevard Vitosha are located closely in walking distance. In the area there are a lot of restaurants, cafes and bars. Theatres are nearby in the city center as well.
• Check-in is usually fixed at 3pm, check-out at 11:00. Please, make sure to follow those, unless otherwise agreed upon communication.
• Please note that pursuant to Art. 116 of the Bulgarian Law on Tourism we are required to submit your personal details and the details of everyone else residing at the property with you to the Bulgarian authorities. Upon booking you will be given access to a secure online registration form, which you are required to complete. Failure to fill out the form or entering false data will result in the cancelation of your reservation and you will not be refunded. Please note that your personal data will be duly processed by Flat Manager, a licensed personal data administrator, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act and the General Regulation for the Protection of Personal Data (EU) 2016/679.

• Quiet hours between 2pm – 4pm and 10pm – 8am. Please, be so kind to respect the neighbors and not cause any excessive noise. Absolutely NO parties or events.

• Communication should go through the platform only unless there is an emergency. You will find the emergency number at the bottom of the self check-in instruction.

Great location and beautiful accommodation! Very modern, and it was nice to have 2 separate washrooms. The parking (with additional charge) was very helpful for us! Sometimes we had to wait a few minutes for the garage door to open. Having a/c in each room was so helpful because the weather was quite hot. Highly recommend this place to anyone staying or visiting Sofia!

Wir waren 4 Tage in Sofia und konnten jegliche Destination perfekt zu Fuss erreichen - ob es ein leckeres Cafe für Frühstück, Mittagessen oder Restaurants für den Abend war - alles war innerhalb von 10 Min erreichbar. Ohne der Klimaanlage hätten wir es bei den Temperaturen nicht ausgehalten, super. Auch alles drum herum, Badezimmer, Schlafzimmer - prima. Kommen gerne wieder!
